Shipping policy

During the regular season, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high/peak or holiday seasons, expect orders to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

If in Canada, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Deliveries within the country can be expected to arrive in 3-5 working days.

All other deliveries can be expected to arrive in 7-15 days. Sorrel & Sage does not ship on weekends or Canadian holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Currently, we use Canada Post, UPS and USPS for the delivery of all orders.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For Canadian Orders in Ontario & Quebec, shipping is free for orders over $75

For Canadian Orders in the remaining Provinces, shipping is free for orders of $100 or more.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at parableskincare@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct and that you are properly able to receive your items. Parable Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
