Refunds + Returns
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at parableskincare@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
To help resolve the matter efficiently, we may request photos of the damaged or defective product. In some cases, we may ask that the original item be returned before issuing a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notice:
If a return is requested and the original item is not received within 10 days of the replacement request, Parable Skincare reserves the right to reverse any issued credit or charge the customer for the replacement, including applicable shipping and handling fees.
